Bar Gallery General Terms & Conditions

Payment

To place and order with Bar Gallery we require a 50% deposit of the total project amount.  This includes any design shown on our website, any custom variation of a design shown, or your own design concept.  The balance of the order and any associated shipping or sales tax costs would then be due upon completion of the order and before shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is determined not only by the size, weight and value of your purchase, but also by the location to which the item is being shipped.  UPS ground may be used for smaller items.  Larger items will be shipped by a reputable freight company.

Shipping Time

The time it takes to ship your order to you will depend on the location to which the item is being shipped.  Upon ordering the item, Bar Gallery will quote a shipping price and lead time.

Damages and Returns

Returning your order

As most of our products are custom built, all sales are final.  In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will, however, do everything possible to help resolve the problem.

Damaged Package or Item

All of our shipments are fully insured.  We ship larger items blanket wrap delivery.  Be sure to inspect item for damages before shipper leaves your residence or place of business.  If item is boxed or crated, be sure to inspect box, crate, and the item for any damages from shipment, and contact us immediately upon receipt if there is a problem.  Keep the original box and packing materials, as the damaged piece must be returned in the same packaging.
